(long animations are complex and a lengthy process, it can have a higher cost, so pricing and project details should be discussed upfront for a fair agreement)

‣ Payments via PayPal only.‣ No refunds or chargebacks once the process has started.‣ NSFW and gore commissions are strictly for clients aged 18+. By placing an order, you confirm you meet this requirement.‣ Loyal clients (4+ orders) may receive discounts and exclusive perks. New clients can only get discounts during special promotions.‣ You may cancel the commission if payment hasn’t been made and I haven’t started working on it.‣ Payment can be made in full or 50/50, either upfront or after a rough sketch.‣ Commissioned artwork may be used in my portfolio and social media. Requests for privacy can be discussed.

ㅤTurnaround Time & Deliveryㅤ

‣ Estimated turnaround: 3 days to 1 month (business days) depending on complexity, if is animation, queue, and your response time.
(In case of emergencies or unforeseen circumstances, the commission may take longer than that, I will keep you informed)‣ Sundays are my rest day. I won’t work on commissions but can still discuss order details.‣ Strict deadlines must be informed in advance.‣ Rush orders have an additional +20% fee (ask for availability).‣ You may request updates, but please be patient and respectful.‣ Final artwork will be delivered as a high-resolution PNG via email or Google Drive (download it as soon as you receive it, as I may delete the folder in the future)
Animations will be sent in GIF or/and MP4 format.
